Online Poker 7 Card Stud at RTG casinos

7 Card Stud was the most popular poker game at one point in time until Texas Hold’Em took over. Players are dealt 7 cards in stages in 7 Car Stud with there being betting rounds in between. At the end of the game the player that has the best 5 card poker hand from the seven cards that were dealt wins the pot. Real Time Gaming (RTG) is the leading online gaming software that has closely matched the 7 Card Stud game.

Players can win by matching their hands to the payout table instead of against other players. You can find this exciting game listed under the Video Poker section of the casino.
The game starts with the player wagering up to 5 coins with the coins varying from .05 all the way up to $5.00 per play. Then seven cards are dealt face down with the first and third cards being dealt face up. If the player feels that they have a weak hand they can click the deal all button and get rid of all their cards. But if the player thinks that these cards could possibly lead to a strong hand they can wager a second time with the maximum being the first wager. So if the player has wagered lets say 5 coins the first time around then they can wager up to the 5 coins again.

Once again the player has the option of disposing the remaining cards without placing any additional wagers that can be at most equal to the second wager. If the player places the third wager then the sixth card is exposed. Finally the player can place the fourth wager and then get rid of the remaining cards all at once or do so without placing any wager at all.

The best 5 card poker hand is highlighted and compared against the payout table. Anything lower than 3 of a kind does not pay.3 of a Kind pays at 1 to 1. The highest payout for the game is getting a Royal Flush that pays out 25 to 1. The total coins wagered are multiplied by the correct payout. The payout table automatically adjusts to the number of coins being wagered.

Double or Nothing is the bonus round feature in the 7 Card Stud game. The player will get to play the bonus round when they have a hand that is a straight or better. The next round is when six cards are dealt face up and one card is dealt face down. The player must then predict whether the face down card is big (8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, or King) or small (Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6). If they are right then they will win double. But if they are wrong they lose everything.

7 Stud Poker also has a bonus bet option, players need to select a card value and then get a four of a kind, a straight flush or a royal flush using that same card value. Players must place all four of the wagers in order to win the bonus bet. The bonus bet has a separate payout table for the winnings.
You can play 7 Stud Poker at all of the Real Time Gaming (RTG) casinos on the net.
